Terms of Service

1. Service Overview


TAMIS is an intelligent sourcing assistant designed to help dealers, collectors, and enthusiasts find valuable items online.

During the Alpha phase, the service is entirely free and accessible by invitation only. TAMIS will soon offer a commercial version available via subscription. The terms and conditions for this version will be outlined in a separate set of General Terms of Sale.

 

2. Access and Registration
 

Access is restricted to users who have received an invitation or whose request has been accepted. TAMIS reserves the right to accept or deny any request at its sole discretion, without justification.

The user agrees to provide accurate information, especially a valid phone number used for notifications. They are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and must report any unauthorized use of their account.
 

3. Features Offered (Alpha)
 

During the Alpha phase, features include:

  • Creating a search via a personalized form
     

  • Exchanges with the TAMIS team to refine or validate the search
     

  • Receiving SMS and RCS notifications with potentially relevant listings
     

  • Support via email or phone (no guarantee of immediate response)
     

TAMIS reserves the right to refuse a search if it falls outside its scope or for any reason, at its sole discretion.

 

4. Permitted Use and Restrictions
 

The user agrees to:

  • Use the service solely for their own search purposes
     

  • Not submit searches for third parties with commercial intent
     

  • Not resell, distribute, monetize, or automate the results received
     

  • Not exploit the service for competitive, analytical, or reverse-engineering purposes
     

All data, interfaces, algorithms, forms, and transmitted results are protected under TAMIS intellectual property. Reproduction or extraction is strictly prohibited.

 

5. User Isolation and Data Confidentiality
 

 TAMIS has implemented a strictly isolated and anonymous technical architecture.

Users cannot access, infer, or discover the searches or data of other users.

Each search is treated confidentially, and no cross-account processing occurs.

Access is tightly controlled through internal protocols.

 

6. Content Provided by the User
 

Users may submit content (text, images, documents) as part of their searches.

TAMIS treats such content confidentially and never shares it.

Users authorize TAMIS to use this content to improve the service, including training AI models, but never for commercial redistribution or external use.

TAMIS retains a non-exclusive usage right strictly for internal purposes.

 

7. Ownership of Models and Algorithms
 

Any algorithm, AI model, software configuration, or technical tool developed, adjusted, or customized by TAMIS—even if based on a user’s specific request—remains the full and exclusive property of TAMIS.

The user acknowledges that:

  • They hold no ownership, access, or exclusive rights to these models or configurations
     

  • They cannot request deletion, suspension, or portability of such elements upon account closure
     

  • These tools may be reused or applied to other users if TAMIS deems it relevant
     

This clause protects TAMIS’s internal innovation while maintaining confidentiality of individual searches.

 

8. AI Suggestions and No Guarantee
 

The suggestions sent are automated results generated by AI models analyzing visual and textual similarities. They do not constitute expert advice, guaranteed accuracy, or authentication.

TAMIS does not guarantee the truthfulness, authenticity, or availability of the referenced items.

Possible issues include:

  • False positives
     

  • Listings altered after detection
     

  • Counterfeits, scams, or plagiarized content
     

TAMIS bears no responsibility for the accuracy of listings or any consequences arising from purchases made based on its suggestions.

 

9. Availability, Performance, and Alpha Phase
 

TAMIS is currently in its Alpha testing phase. As such:

  • No guarantees of availability or continuity are provided
     

  • The service may be modified or suspended without notice
     

  • Bugs, errors, or slowdowns may occur
     

Nonetheless, TAMIS strives to ensure high levels of security, data integrity, and technical reliability.

 

10. Service Evolution
 

The features, AI models, and access modalities may evolve without prior notice.

 

11. Terms Updates
 

These ToS may be updated at any time. During the Alpha phase, no individual notification is required.

The latest version is always available online. Continued use implies tacit acceptance of updates.

 

12. Personal Data
 

Use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines:

  • What data is collected
     

  • How it is used (analytics, security, product improvement)
     

  • Your rights (access, deletion, objection)
     

  • Our confidentiality commitments

 

13. Dispute Resolution
 

In case of dispute, TAMIS prioritizes amicable resolution. If no agreement is found, independent mediation may be proposed.

As a last resort, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Paris, France.

 

14. Applicable Law
 

These Terms of Service are governed by French law, applicable to all users regardless of nationality or location.
